The Full Package Exposure League brought to you by Illinoishsbasketball.com is back at it. With a number of nationally ranked players and dozens more top players in the state participating, the competition is at a very high level every week. Two weeks have passed and not only have the nationally ranked guys proved their worth, but some new players have emerged as can't miss prospects.

One of the nationally ranked guys who proved they are worthy of their ranking is Matt Vogrich.

Matt Vogrich is about as consistant as they come. As many of you know, the 6-4 shooting guard from Lake Forest High School blew up on the national scene this summer in a big way. Coming into the summer he had offers from Miami (OH) and St. Louis. Right now he is considering offers from the likes of UCLA, Notre Dame, Michigan, Stanford, Wake Forest, and a host of other elite institutions.Vogrich recieved those offers thanks to his ability to shoot the basketball as well as anyone in the nation. In a series of two games in Las Vegas this July Matt hit 10 and 9 three pointers, respectively, totalling over 70 points in the two games.

ImageThough Matt didn't hit 10 three's in either of his games during the first two weeks of the league, he did drop some serious buckets. Despite a very cold first half in week one, and despite facing double and triple teams, he finished with 16 points. In week two he got off for 25.

People think Matt Vogrich is all about the three pointer and will be the token shooter off the bench for whatever final four contender he selects, but that isn't quite the truth. An underrated athlete, Vogrich got his fair share of dunks in traffic this summer. His fast break dunk on "Matt Vogrich Jr." (Ben Brust) at the Chicago Summer Classic was the best dunk I witnessed all summer. Some college coaches (who must remain unnamed) that offered Matt this summer were frequently heard throughout July saying things like "I always knew he could shoot, but I didn't know he could do THAT!" And "That kid can start on my team right now...I have to have him... Where did he come from?"

A very savvy offensive player with an arsenal of moves, he is great at drawing contact with pump fakes and other moves and is money from the free throw line. On defense he is a hustler in every sense of the word, and he uses his long arms and athleticism to clog passing lanes and pick ball handler's pockets. Vogrich is also a good rebounder for a kid his size.

He will team up with senior point guard Kevin Berardini this year on a Lake Forest team that is sure to make a splash in the talented North Suburban Conference. Opposing teams are certainly doing to have defenses desinged to keep the ball out of his hands, but with his deep range he is a virtual lock to be in the running for Mr. Basketball.

A member of the Rivals 150 and Scout.com top 100, Matt is going to make a splash wherever he chooses to attend college, especially due to need for outside shooters now that the college three point line has moved back.

Should Matt choose to attend UCLA, you can expect that he will hit some final four three pointers in Lee Humphrey (Florida) fashion.

Should Matt choose Notre Dame you could be looking at the next Colin Falls.

Wake Forest brought in three five star front court players in the 2008 class, and is bringing in a four star small forward in 2009 along with a solid point guard. That leaves room for one stellar shooting guard to top off a final four contender.

Michigan's offense was tailor made for Matt.

Stanford is considered by some as the top academic school in the nation, and new coach Johnny Dawkins is expected to compete with his mentor and former employer, Coach K (Duke), for years to come.

With options like that, this unassuming baller with a 4.7 (out of 5.0) GPA can't go wrong.
